  • Leslie Sims - CCO, Y&R NY

    Prior to joining Y&R, Leslie held a series of successive roles at McCann New York, beginning as a copywriter and rising to Executive Creative Director in 2010. She created one of the industry’s most famous brand icons, the “Easy Button” for Staples – which not only became a powerful marketing message for the retailer but also the company’s single largest selling product. Leslie also led the launch of Nature Valley “Trail View,” an innovative and beautifully rendered digital preservation platform for the US National Parks that garnered numerous accolades, including two Gold Lions in the inaugural Branded Content & Entertainment competition in Cannes.

    Leslie’s work has been recognized by Cannes, the One Show, CLIO, the Webbys, ADC, ANDY, ADDY, LIA, Communication Arts, as well as a Jay Chiat Creative Technology Gold. She has been named one of the top 10 Chief Creative Officers in the U.S. in Adweek’s Creative 100, one of the top 36 Most Creative Women in Advertising by Business Insider and one of iMedia’s Top 25 Marketing Leaders and Innovators.

  • Lara Griggs - COO, Y&R NY

    Lara currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Y&R New York, overseeing the daily operations of our flagship office. On top of managing the more than 200 employees based in New York, she also serves as leader of the Account and Project Management groups, and as the Global Client Leader for Optum. Having been a vital part of Y&R for over sixteen years, Lara’s experience from her time in both the Account Management and New Business departments make her contributions and knowledge of the industry unparalleled.

    Lara’s part in crafting successful campaigns for Dell, Optum, Xerox, Computer Associates, and Campbell’s have earned an ‘Ad Worth Spreading’ acknowledgement from TED and an Emmy nomination. From leading big pitches to being a guiding force of our leadership team, Lara’s unbridled dedication to running integrated global pieces of business along with her amazing creative sensibility help all of our teams work seamlessly together.

  • Dick de Lange - CSO, Y&R

    At Y&R New York, Chief Strategy Officer Dick de Lange is infusing his exuberant curiosity and global, cross-channel expertise to create an environment that breeds innovative thinking, passionate people and exceptional work. Dick has cultivated a dynamic career spanning three continents at both traditional and digital agencies, honing his problem solving abilities based on a combination of classic brand-centric planning and a nimble, action and engagement driven, approach. Dick’s passion lies in building bridges between different worlds - the business and creative, the rational and the imaginative. Mixing data with intuition and merging art and science.

  • Jennifer Wilson - Managing Director, Y&R Austin

    For more than 15 years, Jennifer has led integrated marketing teams for a range of B2B and consumer brands such as Dell, Rackspace, Novell, Sybase, Pizza Hut and more. Always striving to make Y&R a client’s most valuable partner, Jennifer knows that agency success and client success are one and the same. Jennifer’s colorful career in the industry has led to an expertise at balancing the strategic needs of her clients with the practical realities of getting the work done. A believer in the power of relationships both with her clients and with her internal team, Jennifer leverages the strength of those relationships and the individuals who make up our Austin office to make her contributions to our agency truly unique.

    Marty Stock - CEO, Y&R Chicago

    Marty brings four decades of experience helping clients in crowded categories engage with people through wonderfully executed clever ideas. Throughout his career, Marty’s been privileged to work with clients like Bel Brands, Butterball, Anheuser Busch, ESPN, MillerCoors, ConAgra, BF Goodrich, General Mills, the NFL and many others.

    Marty first began his advertising career at Y&R and then spent 23 years at FCB Chicago on a journey that took him from Account Executive in 1989 to Director of Account Management in 2010. He returned to Y&R in 2016 as CEO of the Chicago office where he leads a talented team working to keep the agency’s history of smart iconic brand campaigns alive as they create new ideas that drive results for their clients. He’s a graduate of Loyola University as well as a part time faculty member and sits on the school’s Advisory Board.

  • Ken Dowling

    Ken Dowling - Global Client Leader, The Navy Partnership & Managing Director, Y&R Memphis

    Ken leads the overall strategic direction and day-to-day efforts of an integrated force servicing the United States Navy, and also leads the Memphis office in building a client base for Y&R as it establishes a permanent foothold in the Mid-South market.

    Previously, as Senior Managing Partner at Grey, Ken was responsible for CPG and food business development. Consolidating Grey’s largest food account, ConAgra, he grew the business three fold. Ken then led strategy and marketing for the JM Smucker Company, 3M, Diageo, Frontier Airlines, Novartis, and the American Egg Board. Ken’s expertise extends to Cause Marketing, having led work for the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, the National Park Service, and National Park Foundation, including the “Find Your Park” campaign.

    Ken has received numerous creative and effectiveness awards; most recently at Cannes for the American Egg Board “Wake Up to Bacon” campaign. Ken was selected for the prestigious WPP program, Maestro, in 2008, and was promoted to Partner in 2012.
